COVID19 Turnaround And Delivery

Thankyou all for supporting my business in such hard times for everyone but each and every order im forever greatful.

Unfortunately due to COVID19 it has made a big impact on business, during these times even though we are still able to source our material we do have delays in receiving some due to Royal Mail delays. 

Our turnaround is currently still remaining the same 7/10 business days this does not include weekends. This however does vary I try my best to get orders out as quick as possible. Our wooden items anything personalised or embroidery is 14 business working days not including weekends. 

We are still sending all our items are sent with Royal Mail 1st class we have decided for the time being to remove 2nd class postage,headband holders and wooden items are sent via Hermes. Please note postal system is stretched and packages that would normally take 1-3 days can vary from anything from this up to 2 weeks. 

All overseas we are still shipping but please be aware there also major delays around the world packages that would normally take 10/14 business days can tae anything up to 4 weeks.

If you require anything for a certain date please get in contact with us before ordering as we don't always see notes left at the checkout until we reach your order.
